Product Description MCS1 Mould Clear Solution is supplied as a ready-to-use product designed to provide an initial wash/sterilisation to clean and kill mould spores and growths on a variety of surfaces, including papered or painted walls, ceilings, window reveals, frames, doors and skirting boards. Special Features Ready-to-use solution: No mixing or diluting required Cleans and steralises the surface simultaneously Can prevent return of condensation mould for up to 5 years when used as part of the Wykamol Mould Eradication Kit Can be used as part of the Mould Eradication Kit, complete with equipment and paint additive for finishes Starts working in under 30 minutes 1 Litre covers 10 m² Application Spray MCS1 Mould Clear Solution on to the affected areas from a distance of 3 – 5 cm. Treat visible mould PLUS 1 metre beyond. Repeat the treatment on badly affected areas after 10 – 15 minutes. Painted and timber areas – spray the area thoroughly with the MCS 1 Mould Clear Solution. Papered areas – spray the paper. The MCS 1 Mould Clear Solution acts as a biocide and stripping agent. Bag the mould contaminated paper and remove from the property. Treat the exposed plaster again with a thorough spraying of MCS 1 Mould Clear Solution. General preparation – once the surface is dry, scrape off any loose flaking paint and rub down. Previously painted surfaces must be etched using sandpaper. Dispose of flaked paint safely to prevent spread of spores. Rub the surface using the sponge provided. Allow approximately 30 minutes for the product to work, then rinse with warm soapy water. Repeat the treatment if necessary. After final clean, ensure the surface is touch dry before commencing finishing and decoration.
